Delighted to have you here! I'm Jacob, an improvisational actor as well as a trainer and coach for resonant collaboration. I assist individuals and teams in establishing a solid rapport with each other and with themselves, to collaborate with joy and purpose.

A good rapport isn't silent, but rather one that resonates. When we act in alignment with our values and needs, we wake up feeling nurtured, belonging and creative. We love what we do, maintain stable and appreciative relationships, and are at the same time open to new perspectives and change.

Humans are inherently empathetic, creative, and inventive. When it comes to improving collaboration and experiencing more resonance, I initially look at what's already there. I open spaces that encourage exchange, reflection, and new experiences. To facilitate this, I employ a range of exercises from improvisational theatre, which has elevated the handling of the unknown into a playful art form. My expectations for the seminar were entirely met (I put the technical know-hows a bit on the back burner, as I don't work with ZOOM and I'm not that deeply involved in the matter)! Methodologically top-notch - and you've managed to deliver the seminar in an absolutely professional, empathetic and engaging way, and you've done an excellent job of involving us as a group and bringing us together. Time flew by - the 2 times 3 hours were barely noticeable ;-) Thumbs up and I'd be happy to do it again!
